Social Media Strategy: Made New Creations

01 — Project Description/Goals

My aim for this account was to establish a brand identity and increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. I also wanted to increase website traffic on my Etsy shop. Not only this, but my main goal was to display Christ all throughout my feed and show others His love by the way I interacted with my audience.

02— Brand Identity

Brand Mission and Values - Made New Creations exists to deliver high quality, handmade items to audiences at an affordable price. The main goal of the business, however, is to display Christ to our customers and reflect Him in every aspect of the brand. Bible verses are implemented all throughout the website and Instagram to show that Christ truly is at the center.

Brand Colors - I went with earthy tones for my brand since one of the best selling items is the macrame car mirror plant hanger. Subdued tones of olive, terracotta, laurel blue, and mustard are the main colors.

Brand Voice - Exciting, welcoming, interactive, joyful

03 — Creative Process

  1. Posted high quality images that displayed my products in creative and appealing ways.

  2. Held giveaways to increase engagements and grow followers.

  3. Used a playful, personable language to communicate a fun, welcoming atmosphere within the brand.

  4. Interacted with followers to emphasize community and build loyal customers by replying to comments, DMs, and reposting tagged photos.
